Derby Cathedral is inviting people to write a message of kindness and love that will be displayed on a beautiful Tree of Light in the Cathedral during the Christmas period.

We welcome everyone to take some time away from the hustle and bustle at this time of year, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Cathedral building for reflection, remembrance and light.

Donations raised from the Tree of Light will go towards the ministry of the Cathedral which includes work to help refugees and asylum seekers.  As a Cathedral of Sanctuary, Derby Cathedral is committed to helping those in our communities who are lonely and vulnerable at all times of year.
